Oracle gave them the Cloud Partner of the Year award? They must be a pretty big deal- never heard of them though. One of those huge companies that operates in the background of FinTech I guess, providing infrastructure to companies like Visa and Mastercard.

i had a similar problem. were you clicking the "send all" button? it wouldn't let me do that- i had to enter the amount i wanted to send manually. several other anons had the same problem, but only with XLM and XRP for some reason. if you enter the amount you want to send (or .01 XRP/XLM less) it should work. i have no idea why.
