Good rephrasing of old GME news:

ME has been on the Securities Threshold List since 9/22- meaning there have been market makers who failed to settle in the previous 5 days (9/15 is the "start date" for countdown. GME is still on the Securities Threshold List as of 9/25. That means market makers have failed to settle for 9 consecutive trading days. This Thursday is going to be the 13th consecutive trading day.

Also note that the start date of 9/15 coincides with the massive spike in short interest we got over even the existing number of shares
