Well, now that you have someone perhaps you should focus on establishing yourself and acquiring some wealth so that you can do the best for your family. Now that you have found a relationship you seem to have fulfilled your main goal, it seems like financial success is second on your mind, hence the reason you posted here in the first place. Do what you can to get money, and invest a portion of that in crypto. Don't invest right now for the long term, just put money in during bear market and accumulate. You'll do well, just don't be impatient and you should be fine.

A cognitive behavioral health therapist is an outside perspective with years of training in the field of psychology/behavioral health.

I would indeed recommend it, ALONG WITH reading into whatever your problems are on your own. If you have trust/abandonment issues, seek out articles/forums/novels/psychology science journals/self-help literature related to that subject. Don't just- chat with therapist- go home- continue doing toxic behavior without actually trying to change self.

All that said. Shop around for a good therapist, don't just stick with the first one you come upon. I would suggest seeking one out that's your gender.

Also, $150 per session is normal. $250 is ridiculous.

Under normal circumstances the SEC lawsuit would indeed take time to clear. But the events that led to this point have been everything but normal. It could get cleared sooner than you'd expect. I am going to hodl my XRP stack no matter what. I also hold a 20k XLM suicide stack but it's not going to see any action until XRP does.
