Afghanistan FTM's proof of concept. University of Sydney/Yonsei doing their research. After Afghanistan, Dubai might be the next initiative. Since fantom's entrenched as the #1 blockchain solution for the government supply chain in Afghanistan, they can expand to every level; education, medical records, pharma supply chain, electricity and more. Much easier to push into UAE with all this proven tech in Afghanistan (and MEA after Afghan proof). Australia/Korea might get put on Fantom tech due to them being research partners and having proof. John Morris might make the USA use Fantom tech (likely not mainnet if at all, still bullish regardless).

and these are just smart city proof of concepts, not including developer projects launched (like YFI, UNI on ETH) on a high speed and economically efficient platform compatible with ETH languages (what these devs already know).
