just hit a new all time low today in sats. next they plan to do a 25m$ buy back after dumping on their community the whole year for funding and the plebbit sub is praising them like gods toplul. im somehow ultra fascinated by this scam and how normies cant see it and get baited by piss poor marketing.

Well I was upset about VET going lateral with BTC ups, but it looks to go lateral w/ BTC downs too. So I'm pretty happy that it feels like we are closer to decoupling from BTC. Actually feels like a normal asset, instead of crypto.

The only reason this is still so damn cheap is because of the unprecedented and unsubstantiated FUD and ill sentiment that has been thrown at this project over the last year. It has to be one of the most actively and unjustifiably criticised, and slandered coins in crypto?

I can never really put my finger on why exactly, but my guess is that it's linked to the fact that it was one of the most popular coins with people new to the market in 2018. People who were so captivated and excited by the hype and who saw the enormous potential, but instead got their first real savaging by the crypto bear.

2 things will happen, which will soften this sentiment:

Vechain's hard work will begin to be realised in terms of transactions increasing gradually month on month.

Those left here with salty beef against Vechain will run out of anger and they will move on with their lives, or if they're still holding bags, will begin to feel those bags becoming a lot less heavy.

What do you guys think? I'm overall short on the market. ETH made a lower high on the 4H and 1D. Was it just a weekend pump as to short high for the rest of the week? I'm also short on LTC with an entry of about 970. I'm thinking about closing that one as it will likely retest the high before coming down but I hope for a retest of the bottom first and show some kind of strength to move up. I don't think its the top for LTC yet. TRX is looking like a juicy short here to, just waiting to see how high it will go on its retest/potential breakout.

And before anyone cries foul, I’ve been buying $VET since November, and have an XNode Locked up, so I’m operating at a loss as well.

There no question this is gut wrenching to see, but that is my emotional side talking. My rational side sees this as a blessing in disguise. So I’m cool folks. Dump those XNodes and make mines more valuable, and dump that $VET so I can upgrade my node at 101 sats.

Alright then boys, another pathetic day of price decline in this crazy market, and for some reason Vechain is down more than most, BUT.......let me ask you this: If you look right now at all of the potential projects to invest in, if you look at all the other possibilities in, say the top 50 or 100, can you honestly find one with more potential than Vechain? Can you find one with more potential use cases, more large multi billion dollar companies that are keen to develop on, or more links to government connections and potential partnerships? That is the way to look at it at such a negative moment as this, at least that is what Im focusing on and reminding myself of today. It makes it a little easier at least :-)

Looks like the whales who started dumping VET the past few days saw this drop coming? I've seen this before, when VET really starts dumping, BTC follows soon after. Not saying VET started the dump, but the people that are in VET know more than your average investor.

You basically know VeChain is undervalued when you see Bitcoin Gold with the same marketcap.

Don‘t get fooled everyone. Someone is trying to trick us here. And it‘s not VeChain.

VeChain should be a top 5 project on CMC based on partnerships and news alone. Compare ONLY the partnerships with any other project and you realize that the whole narrative of „mainnet transactions too low“, „not enough VTHO usage“ is perfectly unfolding for the whales right now. People starting only to focus on mainnet transactions while ignoring 95% of all top 100 tokens don‘t even have this amount of legit partnerships, adoption or global companies openly shilling their blockchain partner.

With every 5% drop, the mainnet narrative looks more legit and gains traction. But it‘s still only one aspect and it looks like all other projects can still get away with the „speculation only“ narrative. What‘s wrong here?

Long term, it‘s important that we see more transactions but right now? This project had more support when we didn‘t even have a mainnet, no ICOs and half of the partners were still unknown. Seriously people, stop believing the fud.
