There's no evidence they are intending to sell this money onto the market. It's literally just moving hodlings from one secure account to another.

Ripple have a fiduciary duty to their shareholders, many of whom are banks, not to destroy the value of their assets by dumping.

Now if this happened on Stellar you'd be really worried because Stellar is designed to transfer wealth from Americans to Africans and run by an SJW socialist. There is no duty to maintain the value of XLM and in fact there is a duty to dilute the value.
