This virus shit isn't going away. Retards seem to think that because china has no new infections, that it means they've solved the problem. This is because retards don't understand how exponential functions work. When the exponent <1, the function approaches 0 very rapidly, just as rapidly as it explodes to infinity when the exponent is >1. China have imposed draconian restrictions on movement that have reduced the R0 to less than 1, and held it there for a long enough period of time that they've effectively halted the spread of the virus. As soon as these restrictions are lifted, the virus will pick up again and begin to spread exponentially once more, and the govt will have to step in and impose restrictions again. On and on this will repeat.

We will be going into and out of lockdown for the next ~6 months at least, until 40-50% of the population have been infected and have immunity, or a vaccine is developed and mass produced, whichever comes first. This is our life now, this shit isn't going away, it's absolutely going to plunge us into a global recession, and don't let any deluded bulltards convince you otherwise.
