i'm sure it's more likely a combination of internal & external factors but i just don't know how to go about addressing the internal ones

like i said it's just such a vague feeling of discomfort it's hard to pinpoint a specific cause; i wasn't abused as a child or anything where you could point to it and say "well yeah obviously because you experienced X that's why you're feeling that way"

in truth i've had it pretty good compared to most people but the discomfort remains; i've tried multiple therapists (CBT & DBT) with no success
