Yeah the 20 francs coins do, the 10 francs only have 6.8 grams.
This shop has some for 490 euros (in quantity of 50 coins), but that's still a little bit above spot price.

I guess there's much more recent european silver coinage. I just don't know how widespread they were. At leasst the 50 francs Hercule were minted in large quantity.

Both of those 5F coins are .900 with 22.5 grams of silver. But those are older coins, so the premiums are going to be higher than more recent 5F semeuse (.835 with 10.02 grams silver).
Anyway those prices come out higher than .999 coins, so not very interesting to buy them.
