The general public are pretty much all in agreement that housing costs are not reasonable for the average person anymore, and unfortunately are dumb but if spoonfed the reason why could help
The chinked and ME foreign investors and management companies buying up all our real estate are an even bigger problem than boomers hoarding real estate that are on their death beds anyway
Seriously, there's no excuses for this, it's not like we're allowed to buy property in China and if you check the immigration laws on places like Dubai and Saudi Arabia you're not allowed to immigrate there even if you wanted to
Why the fuck are we expected to be every other country's dumpster for excess people?
Why are people and corporate entities that don't even live here allowed to buy our land or real estate at all?
