Pre-split statistics:
Issued Shares: 75,900,000
Insider shares: 13,232,080. If you add institutions, mutual funds and ETFs to outstanding shares available, it equals: 28,846,222 bringing the number of available shares down to 33,821,698
Retail DRS: 16,431,444 (that we currently know of, the actual number is higher than shown) Leaves 17,390,254 outstanding shares that are publicly available.
Percent Direct Registered to outstanding shares= 48%
We don't need to have literally every share DRS'd to "lock the float" just enough to prove the existence of synthetic shares. Doing so would force hedge funds to “close” their positions, or buy back each and every entitlement they sold expecting a profit, and evidence points to them having sold far more shares than could ever even exist in the first place. That's literally the thesis of this whole play. No shorts means no squeeze.
