Is this arbitrage or am I missing something here?

Created a put order for CZR for strike 7.5 @ $2.82. Bought only 1 contract so spent $282. The market is $3.50/contract already.

I can literally sell this for $68 profit right now. I'm still going to hold but did someone fuck up and sell me a severely under priced put?
