Yes. Put together a strategy and stick to it. You can be losing your shit all day about how the thing isn't going the correct direction but you still trade according to the god damn strategy. The goal isn't necessarily to keep control of your emotions. Hell, I'm stomping around throwing shit constantly about the markets and crypto, but that is not permitted to change my number entering and button clicking decisions.

However, if you're getting wrecked over and over, you should take a closer look at your strategy and analyze whether it's statistically valid or not relative to market trends.
