although i have seen ways to cheat that with special shampoo, but i have also heard of them doing random body hair, not hair on head, to work around that

cheating a piss test is easy as fuck to do, and half the time its positive by such a small degree that they will just call it false-positive so you pass it anyways

also asking how you will be drugtested at the job interview seems like a good way to fail to get a callback
