Look at the top 50 holders on etherscan, most of them haven't sold since 2017-2018, a few new top 50 holders started accumulating in 2020. The few that moved their funds off their wallet didn't sell most of it (and moving funds off your wallet doesn't mean you sold, maybe they just moved it somewhere else).

"iExec introduces a new paradigm in cloud computing: it allows the trading of computing resources as commodities; in the same way we may observe with resources such as oil, gold or rice.

To understand the benefit of a global market for computing power, let us draw comparisons with the oil market. When you are stopped at a gas station, filling your car with oil, you have little to no idea where that oil comes from or how it arrived at that gas pump.
