The big question is how they'll deliver any kind of settlement at all. What if I just don't want to sell? They can't take my registered shares against my will. That's just theft and discrimination against that one company. That'd be akin to admitting to their fraud as well, with the Fed and US Govt complicit.
No, they will have to buy shares if they want to retain any sort of credibility. This whole thing can turn into a major scandal for them. Either that or straight up fake a war or crack down on holders by force, Communist China-style.There's just no clean way out, now they've shown their hand
