Serious question.

Same shit happened to me last run. Once my bags started pumping and I saw myself making crazy amounts of money I lost all motivation to work and couldn't focus, then never really "made it" so the downfall was extremely hard. I basically suffered for like a year and a half before I finally was able to get myself back on track and focus on wagie life again.

Some of these recent days I've made enough to not wage for a year in a single fucking day.

I'm right back to the same place, I can't bring myself to actually do my work but I don't have enough to retire.

Any tricks I can use to just keep my head down and not get so fucking dopamined out from staring at charts?

I'm a grown adult but I feel like a child not being able to control my emotions, there must be some tactics some anons have figured out that work.

Bought my first crypto. 30 chainlink. How fucked am I? I'm using uphold - should I transfer my shit to another wallet? If so, which one do you guys recommend?

The next leg up goes to $14 and settles at $13. Will start within 1-2 days.
