nice work. as someone who's on their way to making it, a few points of advice:

1. Don't let lifestyle inflation/creep get in the way of scheduled payments. spend on yourself but understand the main goal.
2. http://www.moneychimp.com/calculator/compound_interest_calculator.htm Compounding interest calculators are a good way to see where you want to go and how to get there. also a good way to keep you interested in saving for retirement and possibly retire early
3. don't buy anything recommended by /smg/ that doesn't have a market cap of at least $1B.
