I do smart contract programming close to the founders of blockchain platforms, and if it was about money, our ICOs could just say let's do it uncapped and you'd literally earn 5 times the money that we take. The question we have to ask ourselves in this space is how to do it so that our project is still relevant in 3 to 10 years, and not wether we take 10 million or 35 million during ICO. Offer competitive salary, offer people feedback and put in the work to answer their questions, and then be on peoples toes for them to deliver.
