So I had an appointment for a phone interview this morning at 9:30am est. it’s now 10:35 and nothing. The first interview went great, I talked to the HR person and they said that the department manager would call me Tuesday morning at 9:30 am (they are in the same time zone).

I already have a good job and not stressing it, but what in the actual fuck anons? This place of business is a legitimate employer, Fortune 500. GHOSTED. I’m lost for words about how unprofessional it is to do this.

How do deal with same department coworker that does the complete opposite of what is a priority. We basically manage ourselves. We are the only 2 in this department and everything we don’t (or don’t do) reflects on one another.
