Good luck fren. What kind of work do you do and which area of US are you looking at?

Sounds like a great life anon. That's how I grew up, family owns a 40 acre ranch out in the country and it's heaven. Neighbors are all far enough away that I can shoot guns anywhere on the property and ride motorcycles and all that fun stuff. That's basically my main goal right now, to get enough money to buy the ranch from my dad (so that he can retire) and raise a wholesome family

You could be right, Chainlink might not be used in these instances. But it's still nice to see that there's growing interest in the use of smart contracts by these companies. A win for smart contracts is a win for chainlink, even if link isn't being widely used right off the bat. In time, as these industries continue to research and experiment with smart contracts, they will come to the conclusion that they need an oracle network such as the one that Sergey has built

Whatever happens in the coming months and years, I just want you guys to know that it has been an honor being a part of it all. This has been one hell of a ride thus far. So many good memories, memes, shitposting, deep philosophical discussions, sick gains, and good friends. I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.

There will be movies made about us some day

Patience. How long have you been holding? This moon mission was never meant to happen quickly. Just be glad that you're onboard and enjoy this time we have.

I'm going on 2 and a half years of holding link. Patience will be rewarded greatly

Sweet! I am fine with this. We get to shake out all the weak hands one last time before we smash into the double digits. Real marines won't be selling regardless, so I don't see a problem here

Is Arbitrum fully operational right now fren?

Also, do you see them porting over certain enterprises or enterprise type projects from SmartContract over first, or will it be all at once?

How will we know about this, other than an announcement? Will they finally release an explorer where we can view the jobs properly?

My friend on Discord sold his Chainlink at an average of about $1.78 per token. I am making this thread to see if you guys think it is a good time for my friend to buy back in?

I personally would not have sold, though things did look bearish at the time.

I think node operators will have interoperability to communicate to diff chains and get paid in whatever Chainlink (X) blockchain token they need to be paid in. Since they're all backed by Chainlink (ETH) it doesn't matter what token they get.

Automatic swapping of tokens would also likely be integrated (as we see the swapping of LINK to USD and vice-versa being built now)

Looking through the Pivotal Tracker I've found new "members". These are users that have been approved by the team to work on items in the Pivotal, and they are distinct from simple "viewers" as anyone can join the project to watch it on Pivotal.

Bartosz Wojciechowski - After a few searches, my best guess is he works for relayr.io who seem like a pretty big tech startup focused on IoT and big data.

Bitregen - Unknown. Random account with Github connections to Neo and EOS.

Chris Adams - Best guess is he works for a company called Logit.io, they are a "log and metrics solution" and they actually work with big players like Pivotal, IBM, and government organizations.

These are the extent of the unknown members on Pivotal as I see it. Interesting to see the medium-sized players joining the project.

the word marketplace triggered my understanding. it was hard to picture what chainlink does in my head but as soon as i thought of it as a literal marketplace for smart contracts. if your smart contract needs data from outside the chain then you go to the chainlink marketplace for the oracle you need to trigger your contract.
