253m - (47m + 67m + 85m) That leaves 54m. We know from the Ortex data they "borrowed" 45m.

That would indicate to me that they never delivered the dividend to the holders in brokers at all (see fidelity chat) and that they under the DTCC instructions just performed a split. The missing dividend shares were sucked up by the DTCC to short and/or pay off FTD's.

They still owe all the brokers shares and are literally one more daying it
