Couldnt agree more! So much of the US's vast treasure filled mines have been forgotten, to the point that modern geos are having trouble locating many of them. Were going to watch a modern gold rush take hold soon, its already started here in Northwest Canada again.

if I cant go hard rock mining this season I ll say screw it and go to my Barkerville placer properties and go get another few dozen ounces for the winter. I would go hand mine my claims in the north of BC but I am expecting the winter season to take a while to leave and probably melt until late july or august.
