I take no shame in this. I graduated college almost 2 years ago. Now I have zero student loan and credit card debt, a paid off car and a total of 130k in savings among my 401k, Roth IRA and brokerage account. My plan is to live another year or two with my folks and buy a house with cash to avoid being a mortgagecuck.

I graduated college 2 years ago and lived with my parents while maxing out my savings into investments. Now have zero student loans, a paid off car, a good sized liquid emergency fund and about 140k split among my 401k, Roth IRA and taxable investment accounts. I'm planning on moving out in a year or two and will buy my own investment property with cash.
