Aside from my 1k stack of LINK, I have $20 to my name and $2000 in credit card debt. My student loans are probably like $30,000 at this point (haven't graduated yet).

Am I gonna make it?

I'll buy a place to live in some low tax country and just read books and maybe try to write something. I don't know. I just want a comfortable and aesthetic lifestyle which affords me doing things like that without having to worry about my financial circumstances.

I know that my linkies are very likely to give me great returns (they already have) but it's still a high risk investment. This causes me some stress and I don't think it's worthwhile to fantasize about or to "plan" for my future life if I do make it.

Let's say you have an engineering degree (mechanical in particular). Would getting a CFA help me get a job in finance (IB for example)?
I'd go for an MBA but I ain't got that much money.
