Sort of. The fellow who made the original table was using the global population, not of stackers - a much smaller segment of an elite population (yes, we're elites, and quite spoiled about it).
Attached is a version that has the formuale and some data sources so you can work it out to your own satisfaction.

You can make your own spreadsheet to figure it out. Lots of variables that are arguable. Use numbers you feel are the right ones. I agree that about 400 ozt will do it.
