I sometimes swing if I know it will be a green/red day the next day.

I trade stocks like tsla, amazon, snow, upst, baba, mdb, etc.

Mainly though I focus on spy/spx.

Especially for spx, which I always trade 0dte, I try not to hold longer than 15 mins or so. In and out. Sometimes it turns into hours but that gets uncomfortable for obvious reasons.

I've been most successful with 0dte spx. Swinging always gets me in trouble because some random shit happens in the news that fucks up my trade.

I use:
>tradingview setup
>watch market/options netflow using (blank)
>bookmap to watch liquidity levels

Just setup my fidelity to be faster for scalping on active trader pro. Here is a fantastic video on volume that changed how I thought about trading:
