i don't know what i'm doing wrong. my diet for the past year has consisted of eating primarily meat (beef, pork, chicken, fish), using only olive oil/butter. depending on the dish i'll add garlic, onions, bell peppers, jalpenos, cucumber, squash, or potatos. side dish is usually broccoli, rice, or pasta. i've cut off most candies and sweets years ago, only enjoying an occasional pastry maybe once a month. soda has been reduced to once a day (dinner). takeout (fastfood) is sporadic, depends on who i'm hanging out with but if i'm alone i usually cook something at home. i workout 3 times a week for about 45-60 minutes, a mix of cardio and weight lifting. also i work in construction so i'm not on my ass 8 hours every day. i sure hope my TSLA puts start printing after JPow speaks tomorrow
