Get a nice place, not yet sure yet where. Mediterranean climate would be nice.
Learn to make cheese, wine, smoke fish, grow fruits and vegetables. Stuff like that.
Maybe try and sell some of my stuff to local restaurants

literally just an EMA(8), EMA(21), and the TTM_Squeeze: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5QtCZbnwfoE

I also add the ChaikinOsc with an EMA on it for confirmation of volume.

Go ahead try to come up with a counterargument as to why this is bullshit or doesn't work, I dare you. Time frame doesn't matter, squeezes show up everywhere, you just have to have proper risk management (a.k.a. actually use a stop loss, based on 2x ATR), scaling out half at 2x the ATR in profit, and you want a continuation trade (i.e. the squeeze is in an already strong trend, instead of really messy price action).

I'm actually really curious about the whole "if you have something that works and tell people then it won't work" myth. I highly doubt that even if 100 of you learned this strat and used it that it would change anything, tutes don't give a fuck about what retail does, we don't have enough capital to actually affect price. It's just a conspiracy theory thinking that they'll somehow "incorporate it into their algos, dude!" the only thing they really take advantage of is stop loss hunting, that's the only thing you have to be careful of (and is why i use a trailing stop because they can see a hard stop but not a trailing stop order in the book).

Hey anons. Looking for some home buying advice or counter arguments to it.

>26
>Have a job in Insurance 40k annual (Just started)
>Have saved 6k
>Company offers 5k investment to employees who choose to buy in our city
>My city also offers a benefits package for first time home buyers which includes clearing closing costs, lower taxes etc.
>14k in student loan debt
>Average cost of a home in my city 200-400k

Here's where it gets tricky. My folks are getting a divorce. I still live at home but I've been saving to get a place. Part of the negotiation now is what to do with our family home. It's got an acre of land smack dab in the middle of my city. (2nd largest yard privately owned)
And disregarding memories, it's got an insane amount of work put into it that's made it into the type of home you'd see an aristocrat living in. (My father is a designer/builder by trade who finished art/architecture school)

While I will always take care of my folks, I want to start my own life, and I'm concerned that should I buy the house, I'm guaranteed to be stuck with them somehow, as well as siblings who are just about to start college.

A. Rent a room with someone and keep saving
B. Look for a cheap property and get a mortgage
C. Buy my home and risk taking on the bills that my siblings run up because they definitely won't leave and my parents will probably stay for a while too.

The benefits given by my company and the city are pretty nice. Is it financially feasible and also some general words of advice about the sticky situation. Oh and I have like 3k in crypto that I'd be willing to pull out.

> It's not registering

Then let it go.

I have the same issue with my mom. She is addicted to drugs and a hermit. I tried many times to convince her that the drugs were ruining her life and she needed to enter rehab, but it simply did not register.

Sad. Gotta let go though.

On a more serious note I'd say having an advanced degree in some form of mathematical modeling and/or computer science is pretty comfy; your skills are highly valuable, in high demand and there's not a lot of people smart enough to be good at it.

Another one would be medical physicist. You get paid out the fucking nose like a medical doctor and all you do is sit on your ass and interpret MRI / X-ray scans or manage someone's radiation therapy while hardly having to deal with the patients and working comfy 9-5 hours. Bonus comfy if you open up your own private clinic; hello $250k+ a year while working from 10 to 4 and taking Fridays off. Only downside is the 7+ years you'll spend getting your degree.
