I very much doubt such a thing would happen given the negotiating climate, and the fact that such a tweet would sound obviously manipulative
but orange man is pretty unpredictable, and there could be circumstances I can't guess, so I'll give that one 3%. Pre-market FUD from POTUS or negotiators is super unlikely

The federal reserve is 'just' injecting value into the market as a whole
technically it's a gray area because they have to chose which assets to buy, but if they buy the broad US market it's not the same as a state-run business
