If you work somewhere for a couple years, then you've proven you're a capable employee and shouldn't have any issues getting better and better jobs after that. Here's my personal position time and salary journey so far, 32yo currently.

>3rd job: $135k + equity (WFH)
So in a bit over 7 years I've tripled my income and now I am fully remote. I get to listen to my homemaker wife yell at my kids all day while I build dashboards, kek.

My joy is sharp and unending, and my only desire is for someone else to somehow be happier than I am. God is good, and I have faith he'll watch over the bad actors like he does the good ones.
