I keep seeing shilling for Bayhorse, saying that they're the good guys and stuff, and I saw an article that they're in a partnership with a refiner, Ocean - but what's their mine status actually like?
Are they producing but just short on cash? Are there still major environmental or regulatory hurdles that they're facing?
I was thinking about buying some, but don't have all the facts.
