Just to chime back in on the mandate shit -- the nationwide injunction was lifted but they can't enforce it nationwide still since tons of cases are pending and its still enjoined in a lot of States but most States are walking towards a "yeah you don't have the authority to do this". Brandon could definitely without a doubt enforce it in the States not wrapped up in this and since my state isn't suing them they could, but surely they aren't dumb enough to do so. I expect something to come from Congress if the retarded Democrats somehow take a few seats and they might.
