I think so. What I like about them is that they carry a better likelihood for numis value, being issued by a country. But I haven't heard from a real numisfag whether these coconut countries are legit enough to elevate their coins' provenance into something respectable.

It really depends on the design, my interest in the subject, and cost. I think the East Caribbean 8 series is charming, and I'm okay with the 50% premium. I like astronomy, and have gone with 100%. I am taking a huge chance right now on a mummy coin that has a combination of design features and a classic theme, and am paying 7x spot. Yes, I will test the crap out that when I get it.
