>How do you find these? Do you just search "sterling"?

kek, it's not quite that simple. Any dumb boomer who wants silverware can (and does) search "sterling", so the properly listed and titled items almost always sell for prices that aren't really appealing. There are techniques and strategies for efficiently mining the "sleeper" auctions listed by ignorant normies where the items are good silver but they don't include "sterling" in the title, or even erroneously call it "silverplate" or "stainless", but it's neither straightforward to outline nor in our best interest to hand you our proprietary playbooks.

>how can you even tell the silver weight on ebay spoon lots?

That seller stated the weight in the description lol, but if no weight is given I am pretty good at estimating, and if the pieces are of a pattern I recognize or can easily figure out then I'll just search for listings of items of that same pattern where the weight is given and calculate based on that, it's pretty elementary fren.

>I'll check out .ca

I just looked and damn I feel sorry for you leafs. Only 26 total listings for "sterling goblet" located within Canada on ebay.ca, compared to 2,600+ on ebay.com located in the USA. Here one can indeed get goblets around spot almost any day of the week (actual cheapies are harder to find of course), but aside from the high-IQ frogbro it appears non-burgers are unlikely to find hunting for fair deals worthwhile.

>I don't doubt he has snagged some deals but not like he claims. I have checked egay.ca plenty

So you're a leaf too? Since burgers are apparently blessed with more than 100x as many listings as you have in Canada it's no wonder you find it hard to believe.
