From kindergarten to college, every process we are socialized to understand ourselves as labor input into a large capitalistic machine that no one essentially wants to depend being a parasite on hence why stupid people buy lottery tickets and wealthy people invest in stocks, make businesses etc.
Money is = individual freedom. The most logical thing in this world is your own freedom. Its literally the only thing you can be sure truly exist.
Freedom also means the ability to provide others with a decent and comfortable life like a family = money frees others.
The more energy you put into "noble" goals like love and family on its own, the less likely you are to make money in a degree that makes you free from having to work = noble goals are distractions that prolong unnecessary suffering = "pro-social" goals turn into self-defeating and empty virtues.
Wealthy families produce more stable, smarter and productive members of society = stable and productive society. More losers with no money have kids = more leeches and therefore more people that are doomed to exchange their freedom for security (survival).

Socialists etc. talking about humanistic, love, communion. Truth is, we are all competitors in the end, the world of communion died with the nation (WW2) and the unity it could provide. Now in a marxist hell hole, why should I care about "democracy" and higher values like being meek and grateful? There is literally no benefit. Its all a Judeo-Christian self-destructive ruse designed to keep the plebs happy about their chains.

Greed IS good. Individual greed is RIGHT and natural. Greed produces things that no "pro-social" emotion ever could. Love, understanding or friendship does not put man on the moon. Greed and competition does. Life is a competition and greed is its lubricant.

Anyone that thinks otherwise will literally never make it - embracing money as the highest ideal is the first step in making it.
