How the fuck do I get clear info on coupon payment dates?

Interactive Brokers doent list the CUSIP for their bonds, I call their CSR, its an Pajeeb woh cant speak english, tells me to search the CUSIP number in the search bar (there isnt one) then goes in circles for 20 mins then tells me to download the interactive brokers app so I can see coupon payment dates, I download their dumbass app and now im getting Java Runetime errors that I spent an hour fucking around with and cant get it to work.

How the fuck can I see clear coupon payment dates for bonds? Interactive brokers only posts the IBCID and ISIN (no CUSIP)
