Is dividend stock investing retarded? I like the idea of having steady stream of income. But I'm assuming I'd need like 1 million dollars in stocks to be able to do it / retire

Is real estate investing even worth the time and effort?

I want to get into it but I am worried about sinking too much time into it. aka having to spend time finding new tenants, dealing with shitty tenants who break stuff and don't pay, having to put time into having people evicted. etc etc

Where in the USA should I move to.

Am able to work remotely. I want a location which has a decent or large metro population. But low cost of living. Preferably warm and able to afford mcmansions for under 400k.

So do I ask them for a plane ticket? How does this even work? I am not paying 400 dollars and then potentially not even get the job.
