For me it's deanonymizing platforms, Arkham Intel being the best example. Pretty sure fucking everybody and their grandma are tired to death of scam and rugpulls being so comically rampant, so I think people will appreciate this kind of platform a lot more in the future, once everyone realizes that 'hey, maybe giving full anonymous control and freedom to the people handling millions and millions of liquidity is not such a great idea after all'.

Post-Quant cryptography and AI assisted trading are both good candidates, too.
