can't help but notice your examples are from early in the pandemic. where the mainstream media tricked everybody that it was "just a flu". these guys dying simply couldn't make an informed decision.

today, after the media stopped spreading misinformation, they would have made a more informed decision. taking away people's rights to go outside of they want to wouldn't be needed.

Trump created the corona task force in January 2020.

Meanwhile he was heavily distracted by the impeachment process that everybody knew wasn't going anywhere. It was so pointless several US media channels even stopped covering it.

The media (image related) kept telling everybody not to worry about Corona. Trump is heavily influenced by media, just like everybody else. But unlike everybody else he at least did what he could.

New York's major was encouraging people to ignore corona in Mars and go about their days as usual. Yet we're supposed to blame Trump?

Trump's going to landslide in November. Especially if they put someone with dementia up against him. Joe Biden is so far gone that the press have to translate what he is supposedly saying.
