Check the Puts to call Ratio. We are near all time highs. The general consensus is the market is going to crash. Not rally.

Corporations are doing buy backs. 401ks ETF's. ETF buys fangs. CPI is almost guaranteed to come in lower next month. The bulls will be motivated to push this market back up. There is no other catalyst to crash this market. Powell's Speech on November 30th and dec 14th fed meeting may crash markets, but it will retrace pretty quickly.
