you should prefer buybacks over dividends. it is becoming very clear buybacks is the way to go to reward owners. that is one reason sp500 and dow overperfom eu etc. they have abandoned dividends and go for Buybakcs (as even buffet always suggested)

wti correlates with usd mostly that is why cad and nok too correlates with it much smaller scale only. both canada and norway dumps if wti dumps. middle east tension rise immediately etc. when price gets close to 30 too many country rely on oil now
