I feel like they had their chance to figure this out. is there any reason for me *not* to take the money at this point?

Let me simply say this. Ethereum is easily a $1000k coin. Another critically undervalued coin is Monero. It is easily worth $1000k as well.

If you aren't acquiring coins with a proven uses case (key word there is proven) then don't buy.
