The framework shows there will be a difference between wholesale(central bank to public bank) and retail(bank to UBI/business/customer).
THEN, the IMF will offer state level bailouts. The "money" will come from basket of currencies. Commodities and XRP currently locked in escrow will be included in that.
We will be watching IMF stimulus votes for the increase in XRP price the same way we(Americans) currently watch budget votes to increase the price of gold.
This is a 3 year hold, at least. I will have to quit my job next year just to keep pace with the investment opportunities on flare.
