You can make big gains not investing all of your portfolio. Professional gamblers make sure to only bet like 10% of their pot at once because even if you have a high probability of being in the black eventually you will roll a series of failures on your (statistically good) decisions and zero out.

I was talking about how people will post some 1300% gain 1 DTE option play that made them a ton of money and how everyone starts dogpiling them asking them for trading advice when that person is probably the last person you should be taking trading advice from. Don't chase after gains like that, because if you are playing with anything that can net you extreme gains in a single day it often has a bad sharpe ratio (risk adjusted returns) than a more conservative approach.
