i can't invest in what i don't understand, and i have no idea why the fuck TSLA keeps going up. from what i understand it's some weird combination of hype, cult following, and elon being able to borrow huge sums of money using his stock price as collateral which allows him to invest in further memes which further causes hype that causes the stock price to rise, despite them not making any money in forever.

i don't get it. feels like a house of cards that's gonna crash some day. i made thousands off of the forward split because it felt like guaranteed free money (and was, same as AAPL, same as any FAGTMAANN stock that forward splits any time in the future btw), but even that felt sketchy and I put twice as much of my money into AAPL as I did TSLA.
