I know the conventional wisdom is that you shouldn’t buy an ATH and the GSR makes silver a better buy, but does this really make sense? Gold is the closest thing to a sure thing.

I’m not saying I’ll stop buying silver, but... does it really make sense to favor the gray over the yellow metal? Really? With gold we’ve got something that is almost guaranteed to go up forever, like the meme green line. With silver, we have something that sometimes spikes wildly which is cool, but would seem to really be not as good as a long term savings.
