Building your own Dreamcast Lan adapter seems like good practice for this since it has already been done. What games did you want to port? Porting Mario 64 and the multiplayer mod would probably bring in patreonbuxx but that is probably too big of a task at first.

There is a huge market for this and I don't know why. The wii is just a better way of playing Gamecube games in every way.

I stopped following homebrew because they stopped making it and now the only modern thing that scratches the same itch is the mister. I keep meaning to try get into playing modern romhacks which are apparently the same thing but playing too many shit ones in the 2000s makes me not want to.
