Guys, isn't the tanker hype similar to what's happening with stocks like ZOOM right now? These companies are going to have a boost in revenue due to this situation and normies were rushing in because of that but the catch is that it's not permanent. Share price reflects less the immediate present but rather the outlook of a company in the following years - the question is, will a spike in earnings for a few months in 2020 matter that much to the state of a company in, say, 2025? Especially if oil demand doesn't reach previous levels anymore and thuss less need for transportation, the core business of tankers.
