I like to look at things in terms of marketcap. Do I think NEO is worth more or less than the things above/below it? Cardano has a ton of potential but doesn't even do anything yet.It's for god damn sure worth more than Bcash though. Better than Ripple? Hard to say. Ripple has a lot of strikes against it as far as decentralization goes, and honestly Stellar seems to have more going for it at the moment anyway. Not sure why it's valued so highly.

Is NEO worth more than Ethereum, though? That's a tricky one. They're similar, but different. Raiden - Trinity. Smart contracts and ICOs. ETH has its own language, NEO can be used with several familiar ones. Well that's the question I don't have enough knowledge to answer.

Worth more than BTC? Idk about that one. But, I think NEO being #3 is within the realm of possibility. Certainly not one of those "oh yeah this is definitely going to happen" things, but it sure seems possible.
